All our designer individual wedding or civil ceremony cakes are bespoke to each couple and hand-made by Zucchero's Pâtissier, using unique recipes he has developed over many years of experience with multi-Michelin star restaurants, 5 star hotels, Marks & Spencer and Harrods.

Individual portion sized dessert cakes, millefeuille (thousand leaves) or hand-made chocolate cups. Zucchero Pâtisserie brings fine pâtisserie to the world of wedding cakes. A splendid centrepiece and also serves as a scrumptious dessert for your guests!

Individual wedding cakes are increasingly demanded as they offer a very different visual impact at your reception because of the height of the display (on clear stand). Many clients request a top tier cake for the “cutting of the cake” ceremony.

You can choose from our Individual Wedding Cake signature collection (subject of course to the seasonal availability of raw materials):
  • Madagascan Bourbon vanilla cake drenched with champagne syrup, layered with Amedei white chocolate and Jubilee strawberry mousse.
  • Zesty Sorrento lemon cake drenched with Limoncello di Capri syrup, layered with Amedei white chocolate and Leo raspberry mousse.
  • Madagascan Bourbon vanilla cake drenched with Crème de Cassis syrup, layered with Ivoire 35% white chocolate and wild blueberry mousse.
  • Valrhona chocolate cake drenched with Frangelico syrup, layered with Jivara 41% milk chocolate and roasted hazelnut (Gianduja) mousse.
  • Valrhona chocolate cake drenched with kirsch syrup, layered with Jivara 41% milk chocolate and Morello cherry mousse.
  • Seville orange cake drenched with Grand Marnier syrup, layered with Amedei white chocolate and Californian cranberry mousse.
Or you can choose from our Individual Wedding Cake limited edition collection (again subject to seasonal availability):
  • Valrhona chocolate cake drenched with Merlyn cream syrup, layered with Guanaja 70% chocolate mousse with a caramel and rock salt middle.
  • Valrhona chocolate cake drenched with Amaretto di Saronno syrup, layered with Amedei 65% dark chocolate and Italian chestnut mousse.
  • Coconut cake drenched with Malibu syrup, layered with Ivoire 35% white chocolate and Key lime mousse.

Alternatively, you can tell us your favourite flavour combinations and we will design a recipe just for you - well we did say you had ultimate flexibility!

You can use your individual wedding cake to serve with coffee (opting for a smaller version). However, from feedback from our clients because of our extensive recipe options it is more fitting as dessert.
