Massimo Bishop-Scotti makes his annual appearance at the Cowbridge Food Festival on Saturday 24th October 09.  Pop along for 3:15pm to the demonstration vehicle to see how to make this year's recipe.

We are delighted to announce that one of our cakes, Sant'Agata has just been commended in the True Taste Food & Drink Awards 2008/09.  The True Taste awards recognise quality, innovation and excellence in the Welsh food and drink industry with more than 500 products and services judged each year.  Considered to be the "Oscars" of the food industry.

Massimo Bishop-Scotti, Zucchero's Pâtissier, is a regular demonstrator at Cowbridge Food Festival.  A typical demonstration would be something like a Valrhona chocolate tower with a rock salt and caramel centre dessert.

We are delighted to announce that Zucchero Pâtisserie has had the pleasure of appearing in Gavin & Stacey, episode 4 - "The Wedding Fayre".  We are firm fans as, it would seem, are most of the UK too!  At this year's BAFTA's James Corden (Smiffy) won Best Comedy Performance and the series won the Sky + Audience Award.  Well done Ruth and James!  Here are the cakes that were displayed.
